A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to book &/or reserve all appointments performed at Skin Care By Tracie with all service providers. The deposit will be applied towards services booked. 

A 48 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. If you are unable to give a 48 hour advance notice you will forfeit your 50% non refundable deposit given during time of booking.  If the card on file has expired, or declines payment for any reason, you will be required to pay all related fees before we can schedule any future appointments.

A no-show is considered as a client not showing up for the appointment, contacting us after the appointment start time, anyone who either forgets, or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason. The client will be charged 80% of the total value for their missed appointment(s).  If the card on file has expired, or declines payment for any reason, you will be required to pay all related fees before we can schedule any future appointments.

Your appointment time will not be extended if you’re late for your appointment. It will end on time according to the original booked time, and the client will be charged in full for the service booked at Skin Care By Tracie. Please note that depending upon how late you arrive, the service provider may not have enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually rendered, you will be responsible for the full session.
