Shipping and Return Policy

Orders can be picked up Monday – Friday 10 am – 6 pm.  We will call/text you when your order is ready for pick-up.  An email will be sent if we have the wrong number given at time of ordering. 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Flat rate shipping and handling cost of $8.99 will be applied to orders.  We do not ship outside of the United States currently.

Orders are prepared within 48 hours and shipped Monday – Friday with a turnaround time of 7 to 10 business days.  An email will be sent with your tracking number of your order.  All orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the next following business day. 

RETURN POLICY

Free returns within 30 days on all unopened products and devices if still in original packaging and not used.

Exchanges must be within 15 days of the original sales date of merchandise and products.   All merchandise and products must be in the original packaging and unopened.
