Below are the terms and conditions that are on our booking site that clients have to agree to upon booking to understand our deposit(s) for booking an appointment, cancellation, no show and late policy. 

 

RESERVE / BOOKING 

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to reserve, hold, book and prebook all appointments at Skin Care By Tracie with service providers and goes towards services booked. 

CANCELLATIONS 

A 48-hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. If you are unable to give a 48-hour advance notice you will forfeit your 50% non-refundable deposit that was given during the time of booking if Skin Care By Tracie is unable to reschedule your service(s) within (7) business days. If the card on file has expired, declines payment for any reason or invoice hasn’t been paid you will be required to pay the fee before we can schedule any future appointments. 

Same day and last-minute cancellations will result in an 80% fee of total service(s) booked if Skin Care By Tracie is unable to reschedule your service(s) within (7) business days. If the card on file has expired, declines payment for any reason or invoice hasn’t been paid you will be required to pay the fee before we can schedule any future appointments. 

NO-SHOW'S 

A no-show is considered as not showing up for the appointment at all, contacting us after the appointment start time, anyone who either forgets, or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason. Clients will be charged 80% of the total value for their missed appointment(s). If the card on file has expired, declines payment for any reason or invoice hasn’t been paid you will be required to pay the fee before we can schedule any future appointments. 

LATE POLICY 

Your appointment time will not be extended if you are late for your appointment. It will end on time according to the original booked time, and you as the client will be charged in full for what is booked at Skin Care By Tracie. Please note that depending upon how late you arrive.
